Tournament Setup 🎱

Set up your event in a few simple steps.

Prototype β€” click through all 7 steps to get the feel. Nothing is saved yet; this is just to show the shape.

Step 1 β€” Create the event

Start with the flyer and the format. The flyer carries all the details β€” added money, rating caps, race chart, schedule β€” so it goes in right up front.

Attach the event poster like the one you sent. Each event in the series (through May 2027) can carry its own flyer (F-21/F-24).

What kind of tournament is this?

Double Elimination

Two lives β€” one loss drops you to the losers bracket. Your usual format.

β˜… Most common here

Single Elimination

One loss and you're out. Fast and simple.

Round Robin

Everyone plays everyone. Great for small groups.

Doubles Team

Two players per team (Scotch Doubles, Jack & Jill, etc.).

3-Person Team

Three players per team.

4-Person Team

Four players per team.

5-Person Team

Five players per team.

Split Bracket

Two brackets by FargoRate β€” top half in Bracket 1, bottom half in Bracket 2 β€” with the top finishers from each advancing to one final bracket. Both brackets run double elimination; the final can be single or double.

FargoRate-seeded

Multi-Flight (Divisions)

Split a big field into several equal double-elim brackets β€” e.g. 128 players into 4 Γ— 32 β€” then the top finishers from each (e.g. top 8) are randomly drawn into a final double-elim Finals bracket. Or run it as one single bracket.

Random draw 🎲

The app randomly places everyone into the bracket β€” fair and hands-off.

Manual seed ✍️

You set the seeds and matchups yourself β€” arrange the bracket by hand.

For a Split Bracket event, each bracket gets its own draw β€” Bracket 1, Bracket 2, and the final can each be random or seeded, your choice.
